Role Overview
Manage structural repair projects from planning through successful handover.
Conduct site inspections, condition assessments, and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare repair methodologies, work plans, and technical documentation.
- Supervise micro concrete, epoxy injection, crack repairs, structural strengthening, CFRP systems, protective coatings, and waterproofing.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, productivity, costs, and billing.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company systems.
- Support technical discussions, estimation, and business development.
- Mentor junior engineers and help develop standard operating procedures and best practices.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from ₹10,872.30 to ₹37,151.12 per month.
