Senior Structural Drafter

As a Senior Structural Drafter, you’ll apply your technical expertise to deliver high-quality drafting documentation for a range of projects.

You’ll work closely with engineers and drafters to ensure accuracy, buildability, and compliance with standards.

Your experience will contribute to refining drafting standards and driving continuous improvement, helping us create engineered futures beyond convention.

• Independently prepare and coordinate drafting drawings and documentation for medium to large projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Peritas standards.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers to resolve technical challenges and support effective project delivery.
• Identify drafting issues early and proactively recommend solutions to maintain quality and schedules.
• Contribute to the improvement of drafting methods, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Review and check complex drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
• Liaise with external consultants and design teams to ensure documentation clarity and alignment.
• Participate actively in project meetings, site inspections, and design reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior drafters, encouraging best practices and quality outputs.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the drafting team.

• Comply with all HSEQ policies and procedures, actively participating in training and maintaining essential documentation.
• Contribute to a safe and quality-focused workplace by identifying and reporting risks and supporting corrective actions.
• Engage in emergency preparedness activities, ensuring readiness and a proactive approach to safety and incident response.
