Senior Structural Design Engineer (m/f/x)

Our subsidiary BAUER Equipment America represents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the USA. Based in Conroe, Texas, we are searching for a new colleague to support us as Senior Structural Design Engineer (m/f/x).

Responsible for design projects of new products throughout project life cycle from concept planning to validation

Sustaining design and ensuring an efficient transition from R&D to production series, as well as analyzing problems and developing design solutions

Supporting products during manufacturing and on the field

Conducts product analysis and proposes new design ideas and design improvements

Assures product quality by implementing quality control points and quality plans during production processes

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent education

Several years of experience in setting up structural statics or geotechnical constructions, or relevant internships in this field

Solid knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures

Profound knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD and Solidworks)

Able to effectively communicate verbally and in written English
