About the Role

- Structure a media or entertainment partnership proposal, with clear options and a firm recommendation
- Work closely with the creative team from the start, not as a handoff late in the process
Requirements
- Automotive, mobility, or another high investment, long decision category background
- Real, specific GCC experience with genuine Saudi Arabia depth
- Track record of moving a brand from product led to emotion led communication
- Comfort structuring partnership and activation thinking against a real budget
- Strong pitch craft: clear point of view, defensible logic, discipline to hold one idea together across models and markets
- Full availability across the pitch window, including workshops, reviews, and rehearsals

Freelance Strategy Director — Dubai / Remote (GCC hours)
- We are looking for a senior, experienced and grown up Strategist to partner our brilliant creative, digital and production teams to help us win a pitch for a global automotive brand. You'll need to be available in August and September.
- Create. is a strategic, digital creative communications agency building fans by connecting brave regional storytellers with their communities.
- The brief covers two things: a regional 2027 marketing and communication strategy across 8 GCC markets and Jordan, and a creative platform for a flagship SUV campaign.
What You'll Do
