Senior Strategy Consultant

We are looking for a **Senior Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)** who can lead strategic engagements with enterprise clients, shape transformation roadmaps, and translate ambiguous business problems into structured, executable solutions.

This role is not purely advisory—you will be deeply involved in framing decisions, guiding implementation, and ensuring outcomes are achieved.

You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology enablement, and operational execution.

Lead structured analysis of complex business challenges and develop clear, actionable recommendations.

Build end-to-end transformation roadmaps that align business objectives with operational and technology capabilities.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, supporting decision-making at executive level.

Assess organizational performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvement strategies backed by data.

Work closely with delivery teams, analysts, and technical experts to ensure strategies are feasible and implementable.

Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic positioning and client recommendations.

6+ years in management consulting, strategy consulting, or digital transformation roles.

Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop logical, data-driven solutions.

Experience working directly with senior executives and leading client workshops or presentations.

Understanding of enterprise systems, digital ecosystems, and modern transformation approaches.

Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.

English (C1 required).

Additional languages are a plus depending on client portfolio.

Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-focused.

You are comfortable operating in fast-moving, client-facing environments.

Pay: ﷼22,000.00 - ﷼36,000.00 per month
