Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the site store or warehouse.
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against LPOs, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Maintain records of materials received, issued, returned, and transferred.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements with project and site teams.
• Prepare receiving, issuing, and return documentation and conduct stock counts.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, handling, and tracking of materials.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Site, and Accounts departments.
• Monitor damaged, excess, and slow-moving materials.
• Maintain inventory records using Excel and ERP or store management systems.
• Prepare stock and inventory reports and maintain HSE-compliant store operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience as a Senior Storekeeper.
• Construction, fit-out, or architectural project experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction and fit-out materials and inventory control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• ERP or store management system experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is preferred.
