Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities for complex transport and infrastructure projects, covering both design and construction phases.
- Develop and implement stakeholder management plans and communication strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Coordinate with government authorities, utility providers, developers, and community representatives to facilitate project approvals and minimize conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain stakeholder registers, tracking issues, commitments, and resolutions.
- Support design and engineering teams in identifying potential stakeholder constraints and developing mitigation measures.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate stakeholder requirements and feedback.
- Review and interpret authority standards, guidelines, and procedures relevant to project delivery.
- Provide technical input to reports, correspondence, and presentations related to stakeholder management.
- Ensure compliance with WSP’s project management systems, quality standards, and health & safety policies.
- Mentor and support junior team members in stakeholder coordination and communication best practices.
