Senior Staff Software Engineer, Pixel Audio Experiences

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with senior leadership, product management and research teams to define the roadmap of audio features for Pixel devices.
• Implements experiences and features working with codebases throughout the stack from embedded to high level OS application.
• Leads multi-year engineering efforts across sub-component teams while owning the strategy, architectural improvements, and program methodologies required to deliver audio quality on Pixel devices.
• Designs solution architectures that enable solutions to fit within extremely constrained compute environments, respecting power, performance, latency and user experience tradeoffs.
• Holds teams and the organization accountable for Pixel Audio quality, ensuring polish and perfecting product to create delightful audio experiences for users.
