Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on backend architecture, distributed systems, and large-scale data processing.

5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.

Experience operating as a technical leader, overseeing multiple parallel projects, and setting the technical direction for multiple teams.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction with 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.

Experience managing complex authentication systems, token handling, and legacy user migrations.

Deep domain expertise in health data systems, data reconciliation, and wearable device integrations.

Strong background in developing and optimizing automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and developer productivity tools.
