Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer– AI Platform

We are looking for senior software engineers who will have front end responsibilities to deliver great customer with services to support the UI, developer and operational-user experiences for our Vantage Cloud Platform and ecosystem components. In this role, you will work closely with Cloud Services, Platform, and Infrastructure teams to gain a deeper understanding of different persona-based use-cases and drive development of feature-sets that provide administration, monitoring and operational capabilities in a self-service and managed offerings model in a multi-tenant console dashboard. This role reports to the Senior Manager of engineering, User Platform team.

Lead architecture and development of scalable full-stack systems , delivering high-quality customer-facing applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

Design and build distributed backend services and APIs using Node.js, Java, or Python to support frontend applications and AI-powered capabilities.

Drive adoption of AI-assisted development workflows , including translating AI-generated prototypes into production-grade software and improving developer productivity through modern tooling.

Design and implement AI-powered features and agent-based systems , integrating LLM-driven capabilities into product experiences.

Lead system design for large-scale applications , ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability across services and platforms.
