Position Overview As a field Applications Engineer (FAE) for Saudi, you will represent Blaize's advanced AI technologies and serve as the company's technical face for customers in Saudi Arabia, in the industries including, but not limited to, smart cities, mobility, retail, and manufacturing.

You will support customers in designing, evaluating, and deploying Blaize AI hardware and software solutions—from edge inference boards such as Blaize M.2, X1600P PCie cards to server-class deployments based on major OEM’s flagship products with multi-chip GSP + GPU platforms.

You will also influence local go-to-market strategy and support business growth in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.

Serve as the primary technical interface for Blaize customers and partners across Saudi. Support pre-sales architecture and post-sales solution integration, including edge AI inference and server-scale AI pipelines Lead customer workshops, proof-of-concept projects, and solution validation across hardware and software. Provide technical expertise on AI Studio, SDKs, and AI model optimization/deployment workflows. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with the roadmap Act as a local field scout, gathering insights on competitive trends, deployment patterns, and customer pain points Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams to scale support and success. Typical Activities: Pre-Sales Tech Expert – Work with marketing and business development on new-product introductions and new-technology evangelism Post-Sales Tech Expert – Work with sales (direct and channel) to expand opportunities in existing customers, identify new customers, and defend design wins against competitive pressure Technology Scout – Collect technical feedback on our products and communicate to the product planning group for integration into future product offerings Competition Scout – collect competitive product information through informal contacts with peers and from customers, providing this to the Blaize management team What You Should Bring: 8-10 years in embedded systems, computer vision, or AI platforms (edge or server) Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, OpenVINO)
