Senior Staff Engineer role focused on software quality engineering for Plume’s broadband, WiFi, firmware, cloud, API, and networking solutions.

The role provides technical quality leadership for the Core Engineering organization and owns complex cross-functional quality initiatives.

Define end-to-end QA and test strategies across firmware, cloud services, APIs, microservices, and network components.
Design and execute functional, integration, system, regression, performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
Build automated test frameworks and infrastructure, establish quality gates, and improve testability, observability, and CI/CD integration.
Perform root-cause analysis, drive defects to resolution, mentor engineers, and lead continuous quality improvements.

12+ years of software quality engineering experience, including 5+ years leading QA for embedded systems, broadband, networking, WiFi, or cloud platforms.
Experience defining end-to-end test strategies and automating tests with Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
