About the role

Nagarro is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer and ERP Oracle CPQ Technical Consultant.

The role leads Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations, integrations, technical solution design, and delivery for enterprise clients.

The position is remote in India.

Core requirements

  • At least 8 years of total professional experience.
  • Strong enterprise application consulting experience with hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in BML, BMQL, XSLT, and Oracle CPQ configuration modules.
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, pricing models, commerce flows, and approval workflows.
  • Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, or SAP.
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration patterns.
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ configuration, commerce processes, pricing logic, document generation, and customizations.
  • Experience supporting testing, production deployments, release management, version control, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and client-facing skills.
  • Oracle CPQ certification is an added advantage.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud integrations and implementations.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize Oracle CPQ modules, commerce processes, pricing logic, approvals, and document generation.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT document templates.
  • Design and support integrations with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
  • Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based solutions.
  • Conduct client workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Present solution designs, technical approaches, and integration architectures.
  • Support unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, business rules, and integration standards.
  • Collaborate with distributed global teams and contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, reusable assets, and best practices.

Collaboration and leadership

  • Work effectively with technical and business stakeholders across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical direction across implementation teams.
  • Communicate solution approaches and technical decisions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
