Role Overview
Join the Mobile Power IC design team working on next-generation IC products for consumer power applications.
The role supports DFT design-flow tasks, process and system ownership, and collaboration across departments and with external customers.
DFT Architecture and Implementation
- Define and document DFT architectures for multi-core SoCs, including scan compression, MBIST, BIST, loopback, and JTAG-related networks.
- Lead digital-subsystem integration, scan insertion, and ATPG pattern generation while maintaining high fault coverage.
- Verify test modes and patterns before tapeout and validate them in the lab or on ATE.
Product Test and Release
- Diagnose failing devices and support physical failure analysis.
- Address production-test engineering challenges such as yield improvement.
- Work with product, test, and applications engineering to complete product releases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering management, engineering operations, electrical engineering, or electronic engineering.
- At least 8 years of industry experience with a bachelor's degree in digital or mixed-signal IC DFT design.
