As a Sr Staff Developer , you’ll take a leadership role in designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services that power our cybersecurity solutions. You'll mentor junior developers, drive architectural decisions, and work closely with front-end engineers, security teams, and DevOps to create robust and efficient systems.
Architect, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services .
Design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and micro-services to support frontend applications.
Optimise system performance, security, and reliability for large-scale cloud applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers, security teams, and DevOps engineers to drive backend innovation.
Work with databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Implement authentication, authorisation, and security best practices.
Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Continuously improve development processes and promote backend best practices.
Work with React/Typescript to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

12+ years of experience in backend development , with exposure to full-stack development.
Expertise in any of the programming languages such as Go, Python, Java and experience in DataBricks
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, and micro-services architecture .
Experience with databases (such as PostgreSQL) .

Familiarity with cybersecurity products like XDR, MDR, SOC
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, MITRE
Strong experience with Git for version control.
Interest in cybersecurity and security operations.
