Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Qualification: 1. High school certificate; 2. Maths and Science preferred; 3. Trade test / Formal Production qualification
  • Experience: 7 Years experience in relevant field of Artisan/Production
  • Skills: Acute safety awareness and attitude; Proven management and leadership skills; Change agent; Advanced knowledge of safety procedures (e.g. risk assessments, root cause analysis, deviation analysis, etc.); Proficient competence in work permit procedures; Subject matter expert on the specific d

Key Accountabilities

  • Consistently delivers on all service level agreements
  • Quality results through cost effective service and on time support

  • Planning, control and management of operations/maintenance activity
  • Ensure effective execution of operations/maintenance activities
  • Ensure maximum task quality and efficiency, and overall effective use of equipment
  • Manage and control costs (where allocated budget responsibility is assigned)
  • During emergency situations, evaluate the abnormalities and take corrective action as to avoid downtime, equipment damage and/or HSERQ incidents
  • Ensure own team adhere to operational/maintenance procedures
