About the Role
MAIR Group is seeking a Senior Specialist in Tender Management to manage the full lifecycle of tendering activities within the Centralized Procurement Department. The role requires 5-8 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or contracts administration, and knowledge of UAE procurement regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end tender process, including planning, document preparation, issuance, evaluation, and award recommendation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define tender requirements, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria
- Prepare and review tender documents such as RFPs and ITTs, ensuring alignment with corporate procurement standards and UAE regulations
- Administer tender activities through e tendering systems and maintain transparent and auditable records
- Coordinate pre bid meetings, clarifications, and communications with vendors throughout the tendering process
- Facilitate tender evaluation committees, ensuring objective and compliant assessment of technical and commercial submissions
- Prepare tender evaluation reports, summaries, and recommendations for management approval
- Support post tender negotiations and assist in finalizing contract award documentation
- Ensure all tendering activities comply with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Assist with evaluation of pre qualification of suppliers and support continuous supplier evaluation and development
- Track and report on tender performance metrics, cycle times, and process improvements to the Senior Manager – Tendering
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of tendering processes, tools, and templates to drive efficiency and transparency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional certification in procurement or tendering (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CPPP, CPPM) is highly desirable
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in tender management, procurement, or contracts administration
- Strong understanding of tendering laws, procurement policies, and commercial principles applicable in the UAE
- Experience in managing multi sector tendering processes (e.g., construction, real estate, FM, retail, or industrial sectors)
- Proficiency with ERP and e tendering platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and commitment to ethical and transparent procurement practices
