- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the product, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring user stories are clear and actionable
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, reflecting business priorities
- Break down high level requirements into actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with the development team to plan and prioritize releases
- Act as primary point of contact between development team and stakeholders, facilitating communication
- Work closely with vendors to ensure requirements are understood and priorities addressed
- Work closely with QA team to ensure user stories meet quality standards before release
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders and incorporate it into the product backlog
- Provide support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption and optimal utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunication, network engineering, software engineering or equivalent practical experience
- At least 10 years as a developer, system analyst, product line manager, or similar roles in the telecom industry
- Experience with element management, network management, and control plane applications
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud native architecture principles, multi tenant applications, streaming, data analytics, and distributed storage systems
- Highly motivated and able to independently drive projects to completion
- Creative problem solving skills and strong analytical skills
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Familiarity with satellite and wireless telecommunications considered an asset

Main Responsibilities

Working Condition
- Hybrid workplace model with four days a week in the office. This policy is subject to change.
- Occasional international travel is anticipated.
