You will help ensure players receive a smooth, professional, and premium experience across all touchpoints - from onboarding and communication to on-site support and post-event engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to the execution of player experience programs, hospitality standards, and operational processes that reinforce EF’s commitment to excellence, consistency, and player care across global esports ecosystems.
