Role Overview

Operational Excellence and Line Balancing

• Optimize workflows through line balancing, capacity planning, and resource utilization strategies.
• Identify operational constraints and bottlenecks to improve productivity and throughput.
• Improve workforce and equipment efficiency through data-driven allocation and utilization models.

Analytics and Transformation

• Deliver operational insights, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that support performance decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives that deliver measurable operational value.
• Embed standard methodologies, best practices, and performance frameworks across operations.

Project and Stakeholder Delivery

• Deliver operational improvement initiatives within agreed scope, timelines, and business objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and implementation activities.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, digital, and support functions to enable transformation outcomes.

Governance and Capability Building

• Ensure initiatives comply with safety, governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen capability through knowledge sharing, methodology development, and training support.
• Establish documentation and reporting practices that support sustainability and continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Five to eight years of relevant experience in industrial, mining, technology, or innovation-focused environments.
• Experience delivering operational excellence, performance improvement, transformation, process optimization, capacity planning, and productivity programs.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement activities.
