The Senior Specialist will contribute to software development, modernization, cloud adoption, and operational ownership.

The role spans a large existing codebase and a transition toward Java, Spring Boot, React, containerized services, and cloud technologies.

The position is based within Linde Global Support Services' IT delivery organization in Kolkata.

Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support of complex features.
Develop Java and Spring backend services and React frontend applications.
Deliver business capabilities while improving maintainability, performance, and reliability.
Design scalable APIs, integrations, and service-oriented solutions.
Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, integration, and database layers.
Modernize a large legacy Java monolith using incremental migration approaches.
Reduce technical debt and improve architecture, code quality, and operational efficiency.
Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning.
Drive coding standards, automated testing, secure development, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
Support Azure or AWS deployments, monitoring, observability, incident management, and root cause analysis.
