We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist in Intensive Care to join a leading private healthcare facility.
This senior-level role demands an experienced intensivist capable of leading clinical management and delivering advanced care to critically ill patients.
As a Senior Specialist in Intensive Care, you will provide expert care, supervise junior medical staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing treatment protocols, training staff, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the ICU.
Requirements
- Medical degree with certification and specialization in Intensive Care Medicine
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in an Intensive Care Unit in the private healthcare sector
- Strong expertise in advanced life support, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex patient care
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of critical care advancements and best practices
- Ability to mentor and support junior medical staff

Education
- Undergraduate degree; doctoral degree in medicine completion of a residency program in anesthesiology and a cardiac anesthesiology fellowship.
