Role overview
Sprout Social is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer for its Sales and Success team.
The role supports enterprise sales and works with prospects and customers using a social intelligence platform.
What you will do
- Act as a technical counterpart to Account Executives in a customer-facing environment.
- Serve as a product expert for SaaS applications or social media management.
- Explain complex topics clearly to different audiences.
- Understand changes and discussions involving network APIs.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and consult with prospects and customers.
- Identify customer goals and translate needs into actionable next steps.
- Position the solution against competitors and support new business and expansion opportunities.
- Create Sales training materials and help onboard new Solutions Engineers.
Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years of technology or SaaS experience in a Solutions Engineer role.
- Experience partnering with Account Executives and selling to enterprise customers.
- Experience demonstrating a software platform through presentations.
