About the Role
The Senior Solutions Consultant is a technical and strategic partner to Razorpay's enterprise sales team.
The role bridges customer challenges with Razorpay payment solutions and serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
The position combines solution design, technical communication, customer advisory, and revenue enablement.
What You'll Do
- Understand enterprise customer goals, challenges, and technical pain points.
- Architect payment solutions using Razorpay products and custom capabilities.
- Create presentations, solution documents, business proposals, and RFP responses.
- Lead technical discussions and solution demonstrations for major enterprise deals.
- Develop vertical-specific viewpoints and innovative solutions using industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams through solution design and deployment.
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources, author documentation, and mentor peers.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3–4 years of payments or fintech experience in a product, solutions, or sales-related role.
- Hands-on technology experience with APIs, technical definitions, and partner ecosystem integrations.
- Experience advising on large enterprise deployments and complex applications.
- A track record of creative problem solving and full-lifecycle project delivery.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to produce compelling presentations, solution documents, and business-focused materials.
- An engineering background with an MBA is preferred.
