Senior Solutions Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ years of experience in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise client-server and web-based applications.
• 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions (Online and On-Premises).
• Experience leading the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, training, and production support.
• Experience working in Agile and iterative development environments.
• Technical Qualifications Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150,000-$170,000.
