Senior Solutions Architect - AI

5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least one year specialising in AI solution design within large-scale enterprise or telecommunications environments.

Familiarity with common AI architectures including advanced RAG and Agentic AI.

AI Agent development frameworks e.g., LangChain and LangGraph, common vector and graph databases, common AI protocols e.g., MCP and A2A, and AI observability.

In-depth understanding of common AI Security Controls including OWASP TOP 10 for LLMs.

Hands-on experience in AI observability, including monitoring model performance, drift detection, fairness metrics, and explainability in production environments.

Strong technical background in integrating AI and machine learning solutions on hyper scaler platforms, e.g., AWS, leveraging cloud-native services and distributed architectures.

Experience embedding AI components into enterprise platforms through APIs, event-driven patterns, and microservices.

AI Security frameworks such as MITRE ATLAS or NIST RISK Mitigation Framework is highly regarded.
