Role overview
Build Arabic and English chat and voice assistants for UAE government services.
Work across cloud projects and fully on-premise, air-gapped government networks.
Own delivery end to end from requirements and documentation through production and live support.
What you will build
- Build chat journeys with intent detection, tool calling, confirmations, and citizen record handling.
- Develop streaming voice systems with speech recognition, synthesis, interruption handling, and visual handoff.
- Create RAG pipelines for bilingual and scanned documents with hybrid retrieval, reranking, citations, and evaluation.
- Implement agentic workflows with deterministic controls for real government transactions.
- Serve hosted and local models and tune GPU performance.
- Integrate SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, identity, and payment services.
- Deploy containers, systemd, reverse proxies, TLS, and offline air-gapped packages.
Working approach
- Work independently from documentation, code, logs, WSDLs, and captured traffic.
- Fix root causes and check for related defects beyond the reported path.
- Test complete journeys across chat, voice, retrieval, integrations, UI, deployment, and regression scenarios.
