Proven Leadership : Demonstrate your success in leading and building high-performing teams.
Flexibility: Possess the ability and willingness to travel between Burnside offices and occasionally to remote client sites.
Consultation Proficiency : Demonstrate familiarity and comfort with regulatory agency, Indigenous, and stakeholder consultation.
Legislative Knowledge : Possess knowledge of relevant Acts and Regulations in Ontario, Manitoba, and elsewhere.
