The Role

  • We're looking for a Senior Software Sales professional to own and grow our revenue pipeline across KSA.
  • You'll sell our full product suite to government entities, semi government organizations, and large enterprises.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Agent.sa, SAFHA, and the broader Velents platform across KSA government and enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline targeting ministries, government agencies, banks, telecom, and large Saudi enterprises.
  • Develop relationships with C suite, IT leadership, and procurement teams within target accounts.
  • Collaborate with pre sales and solutions teams to shape proposals, RFP responses, and technical demonstrations.
  • Navigate government procurement processes including Etimad, NUPCO, and direct ministry engagement.
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts across the product suite.
  • Represent Velents at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements in KSA.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitive landscape, pricing, and client needs to inform product and go to market strategy.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Saudi government procurement (Etimad, framework agreements, direct awards).
  • Experience selling AI, cloud, or digital transformation solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Established network across Saudi ministries, semi government entities, or enterprise verticals (banking, telecom, healthcare).
  • Fluent Arabic (professional/native); English proficiency required.
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with conversational AI, document processing, or HR tech products.
  • Experience working with channel partners (IBM, PwC, systems integrators).
  • Understanding of Vision 2030 digital transformation programs and NDMO/SDAIA data governance initiatives.
  • Prior experience with RFP/RFQ response processes for Saudi government tenders.
