Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and government sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C level executives and key decision makers
- Understand customer business challenges and position software solutions that deliver measurable value
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals
- Collaborate with Pre Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop winning sales strategies
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the Saudi market
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, SaaS, ERP, CRM, AI, Outsource services or digital transformation
- Experience selling to large enterprises and/or government organizations in Saudi Arabia
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar

- As a Senior Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and partnering with customers to deliver technology solutions that support their digital transformation initiatives.
