Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Quality professional responsible for ensuring software products meet quality standards and business requirements through effective testing, quality assurance practices, and continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracking tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Review system requirements and technical specifications.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Improve QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Prepare testing reports and quality metrics.
- Mentor junior QA team members when needed.
- Preferred Qualifications* ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience in performance testing tools.
