What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and when needed C++.
• Define best practices for Windows architecture, performance, memory usage, responsive UI, compatibility, and maintainability.
• Integrate Windows accessibility APIs and validate controls, focus management, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader support.
• Collaborate with product design, UX research, QA, and other stakeholders on Windows features and roadmap.
• Own features through conception, design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues, and compatibility problems.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI or similar frameworks, C#, and XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and managed .NET to native code interoperability.
