Role Overview
The Senior Software Engineer joins the Realtime/Personalization team as a core technical contributor.
The role builds the AI-native Personalization Studio and RT2.0 engine for enterprise-scale personalization and customer journeys.
The engineer works as a high-impact individual contributor and owns significant features end to end.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features across the Personalization Studio and RT2.0 engine.
- Drive scoping, technical design, and feature delivery with Product.
- Develop backend APIs and distributed services while contributing to React applications.
- Contribute to architecture spanning frontend, backend, and shared platform components.
- Use AI tools throughout the development lifecycle.
- Raise engineering standards through code reviews, mentorship, and operational improvements.
- Join on-call, investigate performance bottlenecks, and support production health.
