Senior Software Engineer, Tooling and Development Infrastructure

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of experience in automation engineering.

Hands-on experience working with Linux and Windows.

Strong proficiency in developing tools for test automation.

Deep understanding of observability and telemetry.

Good understanding of complete software development life cycle.

Proficiency in Python or other object-oriented programming languages.

You have a deep understanding of the entire development ecosystem and can design and implement scalable build, release, and test systems.

Expertise with CI/CD pipelines is critical, with hands-on experience in platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

You are proficient with test automation frameworks such as Pytest, and can lead the adoption of these tools to ensure product quality.

You are experienced with observability and monitoring tools, including Splunk, to provide deep insights into system behavior and performance.

Experience with consumer electronics a plus

Familiarity with ML Usage. Some familiarity with how to leverage machine learning models in a product environment is a plus.

Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills. You possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships, driving alignment and collaboration with system software, automation, and test teams.

Salary: $140,000- $225,000

The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills.
