Senior Software Engineer-Systems Integration

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable integration workflows between critical enterprise systems supporting Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Engineering, IT, etc
• Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to implement integration capabilities, data transformations and enrichment, error handling, re-startability, and system monitoring
• Monitor integration jobs for performance and errors; perform troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Continuously monitor and address optimization opportunities toward simplification and efficacy
• Assist with security and compliance requirements related to data handling, including secure file transfers and encryption practices
• Implement and support real-time and batch integrations
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including system diagrams, field mappings, and process specifications
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience focusing on integration technologies including some or all: Talend, Boomi, Mulesoft, Cast Iron, Kafka, Celigo, etc
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Javascript, and other programming languages relevant to the space
• Proven ability to manage complex integration scenarios including conditional logic, multi-step data flows, and data normalization
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to stay current with emerging trends and technologies
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Agile PLM, and SQL Server integrations
• Experience with Cloud-hosted integration tools in iPaaS environments
• Experience building AI/ML models for system and data integration
