Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Oracle OSM 7.x/8.x cartridges and telecom order fulfilment workflows
- Manage end to end order lifecycle, including order capture, decomposition, orchestration, fulfilment, and completion
- Perform OSM installation, upgrades, configuration, and data migration activities
- Develop and enhance OEP middleware components, integrations, notification frameworks, and bulk order management solutions
- Build and maintain integrations with OSS/BSS platforms including UIM, ASAP, BRM, CRM, and external systems
- Develop automation plug ins, XQuery transformations, SOAP services, and Java based solutions
- Administer and optimise Oracle WebLogic environments, including installation, patching, tuning, and scaling
- Configure and manage Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring system performance, health, incidents, and infrastructure
- Support CI/CD processes using Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory
- Troubleshoot order fallout issues and perform impact assessments and compatibility analysis
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle OSM, OEP, and OEM within the telecommunications domain
- Experience with Oracle OSM 7.x/8.x cartridge development and administration
- Experience with Oracle OEP middleware development and integration
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) monitoring and administration
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Apache Camel, XML technologies, SOAP
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Artifactory

Role Summary
- We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Subject Matter Expert with 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM), Oracle Order Entry Point (OEP), and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) within the telecommunications domain.
Key Responsibilities
