Role Overview
The Senior Software Engineer joins the Reporting and Billing team to model identity-verification workflows and outcomes.
The role spans customer-facing data platform work and revenue-critical financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a customer-facing transactions data model for user activity and workflow outcomes.
- Deliver reporting data through query APIs, scheduled and on-demand exports, webhooks, and event streams.
- Own API contracts, delivery SLAs, versioning, backward compatibility, and deprecation.
- Build metering and billing architecture that produces accurate, auditable charges.
- Own production-scale availability, correctness, observability, data quality, reconciliation, performance, and incident response.
