Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet business requirements.
The role focuses on delivering scalable solutions in a remote-first environment.
Location
- Remote work from anywhere.
Compensation
- Contract payout is $65-$120 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy software applications following coding standards and architecture best practices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in assigned programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes to maintain system stability and uptime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is required.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration are mandatory.
