Senior Software Engineer

• Manage and monitor AWS S3 buckets , file transfers, and cloud operations.
• Perform Linux administration , shell scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor applications, servers, and batch jobs using monitoring tools.
• Execute and analyze SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and production support activities.
• Manage file processing activities including PGP decryption, ZIP/TAR extraction, and SFTP transfers .
• Work with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow/JIRA and follow ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and SLA compliance.
