Harden platform capabilities around multi-tenancy, security, auditability, CI/CD automation, and low-latency API performance.

Have 6 or more years of production software engineering experience building scalable backend microservices, high-throughput distributed systems, and API architectures.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI, gRPC, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Bring strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Have hands-on experience with asynchronous task processing, large-scale data pipelines, and high-performance system design.
