Position Overview

Join the Bengaluru team developing and maintaining GuidingCare code while supporting Wellframe integration features within Care Solutions.

Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare technology solutions.

The role focuses on Microsoft-based software development and integration of diverse systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Care Solutions integration features.
  • Model, analyze, and manage large volumes of data.
  • Write optimized, documented code and debug existing source code.
  • Develop user interfaces, databases, and client displays.
  • Lead technical design documentation and develop complex application features.
  • Build and execute unit tests before products go live.
  • Develop technology solutions that streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on GuidingCare and Wellframe integration.
  • Use AI coding assistants and agentic AI tools to improve development productivity.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Five to eight years of related experience.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft platforms including ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and T-SQL.
  • Cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • MVC architecture, HTML5, web services or SOAP, XML, JSON, WCF, and Web APIs.
  • JavaScript and client-side technologies including Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • SQL Server, relational databases, SQL queries, Git, Kafka, Kubernetes, and containerization.
  • AI coding assistants and agentic AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude.

Professional Competencies

  • Analytical and troubleshooting ability.
  • Independent work and effective team collaboration.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Continuous learning, innovation, and effective use of AI tools as productivity multipliers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading developers.
  • Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience building agentic AI workflows into applications.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, Java and Spring Boot, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Active participation in open-source projects or technology communities.
