Design, build, test and run secure, production-grade software across front-end, back-end and integration services.
Take technical ownership of projects from discovery and architecture through to deployment and ongoing support.

Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand the problem behind the request and develop solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes.

Strong experience delivering complex, production-grade software from technical design through to deployment and support.
Strong full-stack engineering experience, with the ability to architect solutions across both front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience designing and delivering REST APIs and systems integrations, including third-party or legacy systems.
Strong experience designing and operating production workloads on AWS.
Experience using Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform.
Strong professional experience with Python and another backend language, alongside modern front-end development using frameworks such as React or Svelte.
Strong DevOps experience and a you build it, you run it approach to engineering.
Experience implementing event-driven or distributed systems.
Strong understanding of software architecture, systems design, security and the trade-offs involved in building scalable, maintainable services.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues and explain technical decisions clearly.
