Twilio is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, L3, for the Compliance Experiences team.
The team owns phone numbers and compliance domains, including global inventory, identity verification, regulatory compliance and operational tooling.
The KYC platform supports secure access to Twilio communication APIs while handling evolving regulatory requirements.
The engineer will design, deliver and operate scalable platform services, APIs, microservices and tooling.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical design and roadmaps and help modernize legacy systems into cloud-native microservices.
- Use AI coding assistants and LLM tools for code generation, testing and prototyping while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Own components end to end and balance feature delivery with reliability, security and technical debt reduction.
- Translate customer and regulatory needs into technical specifications, developer-focused APIs and application workflows.
