Senior Software Engineer - JAVA FullStack

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5-7 years of professional software development experience with hands-on expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, JavaScript and/or Angular, and SQL; SQL Server experience preferred.

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and enterprise-grade application components.

Hands-on experience building modular, component-based front-end applications with a strong grasp of JavaScript and/or Angular.

Ability to design reusable code and optimize application features for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Successful track record of delivering high-quality, thoroughly tested software on time.

Ability to follow technical standards and influence peers within a development team through strong engineering practices.

Familiarity with AI-native software development practices, including effective prompting, code generation, test generation, debugging assistance, documentation support, and responsible validation of LLM-generated output.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders and peers.

Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multitasking and working with minimal supervision.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is preferred.

Experience or understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging technology trends.

Interest in microservice architecture, distributed systems, and modern API-driven application design.

Proactive, creative, and innovative approach to solving technical problems.

Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to developing new skills, including AI-enabled engineering practices.
