Role Overview
Infor is growing its core engineering team and seeks a seasoned Senior Software Engineer.
The role owns end-to-end platform development across Java services, front-end features, and agentic AI capabilities.
The position is a hands-on full-stack role with emphasis on modern AI tooling and strong engineering fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Build responsive front-end features and own them alongside backend services.
- Develop RAG pipelines and MCP-based integrations for secure LLM interaction with data, tools, and services.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques during day-to-day development.
- Make architecture decisions based on scale, cost, and maintainability.
- Write tested code, participate in code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor developers.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong Java and microservices architecture experience using Spring Boot or equivalent.
- Experience building secure and maintainable RESTful APIs.
- Front-end experience with Angular or React.
