Responsibilities
- Own internal tool features across design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Manage production systems and optimize infrastructure for availability, scalability, and resilience.
- Conduct discovery with internal users to understand workflows and prioritize operational improvements.
- Proactively identify technical, process, and product improvements.
- Influence technical direction and long-term strategy.
- Mentor junior engineers and help develop the team's skills.
- Drive improvements to code quality, performance, and development processes.
