Role overview
Five9 is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in AI for its Voice of Customer team.
The Voice of Customer product uses AI to analyze voice and chat conversations and provide traceable customer insights and analytics.
The role involves building high-performance web platforms and applications for AI-powered customer insights.
Key responsibilities
- Implement UX designs with UX Designers using a React/Redux-based framework.
- Build interactive dashboards, charts, and drill-down views over AI-generated insights.
- Develop a scalable, highly available application platform with modern PaaS platforms such as GCP.
- Participate in requirements analysis and grooming.
- Use CDN and NoSQL PaaS components to support scalability, reliability, and operability.
- Document architecture and implementation solutions clearly.
- Own production code, including on-call support and troubleshooting.
Required experience
- At least 5 years of software development experience is mandatory.
- AI experience is required, including hands-on work with AI technologies and AI-powered product interfaces.
- React/Redux development experience is required.
