About you

• At least 5–8 years of experience in a similar role at startups, scale-ups, or software companies.
• Ability to solve problems in a fluid, fast-paced environment when information is incomplete.
• Ability to influence product direction and contribute to product ideation.
• Ability to engage in considered and productive technical discussions, especially during technical scoping.
• Adaptability when requirements change.
• Experience using elements of the company's technology stack.
• Full-stack software engineering capability across frontend and backend codebases, with specialist depth in one area preferred.
• Experience owning shipped work across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience leading projects from discovery and design through architecture, implementation, and monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
