Design and Build Identity Security Platforms Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Identity and Access Management services and platforms.

Build secure solutions supporting identity lifecycle management, provisioning, authentication, authorization, access governance, privileged access workflows, and identity protection capabilities.

Develop highly scalable cloud services, APIs, and distributed systems that support mission-critical enterprise scenarios.

Drive architecture discussions and contribute to long-term platform strategy.

Leverage modern engineering practices, automation, and AI-powered development tools to improve velocity, quality, and developer productivity.

Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, testing strategies, automation, and continuous improvement.

Deliver projects with a strong focus on quality, security, reliability, and customer impact.

Improve service quality through automation, operational best practices, and continuous service improvement.

Apply security-by-design principles throughout the software development lifecycle.

Design systems that securely manage sensitive identity and access data.

Identify and mitigate architectural, operational, and security risks.

Drive secure coding, threat modelling, risk assessment, and compliance readiness activities.

Influence technical decisions through data-driven analysis and strong engineering judgement.

Communicate technical strategies, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline with 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, Python, or Go.
