The Senior Software Engineer and Architect will lead design, architecture, and technical governance for enterprise platforms.

The role supports secure and scalable access to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-driven solutions across multi-tenant environments.

The role works with engineering, product, security, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant and reliable enterprise platforms.

Design secure, scalable, multi-tenant platform architectures for governed access to enterprise services.
Review application architectures for identity, data flow, tenant isolation, compliance, and operational readiness.
Define standards for observability, troubleshooting, incident response, reliability, automation, and supportability.

Build and guide solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams applications, Exchange extensibility, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Agent SDK, and Azure AI Foundry.
Use telemetry, network traces, protocol analysis, and operational signals to identify issues and improve services.
Automate tenant management, access governance, platform administration, and operational workflows using Azure, PowerShell, APIs, and AI-assisted engineering.

Partner with product engineering, security, compliance, service operations, and business stakeholders.
Mentor engineers and influence architecture through design reviews, technical documentation, reusable patterns, and pragmatic governance.
Support Customer Zero feedback and improve enterprise service capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 9+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, tenant administration, system administration, and operational troubleshooting.
Experience with application architecture involving Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange extensibility, Power Platform, enterprise APIs, identity, and access management.
Experience with Azure architecture, cloud operations, automation, monitoring, reliability, and secure engineering.
Experience with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Entra ID, Dataverse, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Agent SDK, Azure AI Foundry, or Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.
Understanding of SMTP, POP, IMAP, OAuth, HTTP, DNS, and network trace analysis.

Experience operating large-scale multi-tenant platforms with scalability, resiliency, observability, governance, and operational excellence.
Experience leading architecture reviews, defining technical standards, and driving modernization across multiple engineering teams.
Experience with Customer Zero programs, feature validation, early-adopter engagements, or enterprise technology adoption.
Microsoft or industry cloud architecture certifications are preferred.

Coding experience may include C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
